BioLab is committed to delivering high-quality laboratory services in accordance with the highest professional and healthcare standards. We believe in transparency and fairness in all transactions. This policy outlines the procedures governing service cancellations and refunds in accordance with the applicable laws and regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the nature of healthcare and laboratory services.



1. Cancellation Before Service Commencement

Customers are entitled to cancel their order and receive a full refund, provided the cancellation request is submitted before the service has commenced, including before any of the following occurs:
  • Sample collection.
  • Arrival of the home healthcare team to perform the service.
  • Initiation of any laboratory or technical procedures related to the requested service.



2. Cancellation After Service Commencement

Once the service has commenced, including but not limited to sample collection, receipt of the sample, or initiation of any laboratory or technical procedures, the order shall no longer be eligible for cancellation or refund.
This is due to the nature of healthcare and laboratory services, which involve the use of medical supplies, operational resources, and technical processing immediately upon commencement.



3. Inability to Provide the Service

If BioLab is unable to provide or complete the requested service due to operational or technical reasons attributable to BioLab, and not due to the customer, the customer may choose one of the following options:
  • Reschedule the service.
  • Repeat the service at no additional cost.
  • Receive a full refund of the amount paid.



4. Payment Errors

In the event of duplicate payments, incorrect charges, or any payment processing errors, BioLab will investigate the transaction and, where applicable, refund the eligible amount using the original payment method.



5. Refund Processing Time

Once a refund request has been approved, the refund will be processed and returned to the original payment method within up to fourteen (14) business days.
The actual processing time may vary depending on the customer's bank or payment service provider.



6. How to Request a Refund

Customers may submit cancellation or refund requests through BioLab's official customer service channels.
To facilitate the review process, customers may be asked to provide:
  • Order number.
  • Customer name.
  • Payment method.
  • Reason for the cancellation or refund request.



7. Complaints and Appeals

BioLab is committed to handling all customer complaints and appeals fairly, professionally, and transparently, in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
Submitting a complaint or refund request shall not affect the customer's right to receive appropriate healthcare services.



8. General Provisions

  • This policy shall be governed by the applicable laws and regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
  • BioLab reserves the right to amend or update this policy whenever necessary to comply with regulatory requirements or operational needs. The latest published version on the website shall be the governing version.
  • By purchasing or using BioLab's services, customers acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to this Cancellation and Refund Policy.
